Myles handled everything very well. He called several times to let me know the status of the delivery and see if I had any questions after we got the van home. He called several times to let me know the status of the delivery and see if I had any questions after we got the van home. More

Miles is awesome. Just wanted to test drive a CR-V and a Pilot to see which one was a better fit for me so I could start looking for a new car. I bought a vehicle on 1-22-22. First they tried to finance the vehicle $200 more than listed on their own website. When that was fixed, they tried to include an auto butler car wash/clear coat sealant finance the vehicle $200 more than listed on their own website. When that was fixed, they tried to include an auto butler car wash/clear coat sealant for $1,500 that you have to come back 3x a year for the next 3 years, $800 installed weather tech floor mats, and a receiver hitch for $1,540 that I wanted. They also tried to offer me $250 less than I wanted on my trade in. I said no to everything they tried to sell to me, so my salesman took off the floor mats and receiver hitch, but was able to get the auto butler at their cost for $700. I was told that they needed to leave that on there because they liked their vehicles to stay looking nice. I still told him no and it needs to come off or I’ll walk. “Luckily” he was able to figure out a way to take it off. I don’t know what floor mats they were going to install, must of been gold plated because I found the weather tech floor mats from weather tech for $200. Maybe they were charging $600 for installing them?!? I have gotten quotes for the hitch from $650-$850 for installing it. They also finally came up the $250 for my trade in. They tried to finance the vehicle for an outages amount of interest that they wouldn’t actually tell me the rate, just saying they took an average. But they were able to find a bank to finance at 2.99% which cut the first payment they showed me in half. I recently received my payment information and my interest rate jumped to 3.49%. My salesman told me they are a newer dealership and trying to build their clientele, well all this isn’t a very good way to do that…. Besides being there for over 3 hours, I think we could of shaved an hour off of that with all the going back and forth. Just remember it’s ok to tell them NO! More
