I had to come back 3 different times. 1 time they couldn't find my paper work and the other time the person that was helping me wasn't there. Yet every time they say come back the next day. So you gu couldn't find my paper work and the other time the person that was helping me wasn't there. Yet every time they say come back the next day. So you guys need to get that figured out and fast. That's poor management. I manage people all day, that should never happen. The salesman was pretty awesome though. Although after I bought the car nobody wanted to help put plates on, on day 3 of coming back. More

The paperwork was a total nightmare and wasn’t right for three plus weeks. Felt very unprofessional. All of The paper work had to be mailed and redone, signed. Then called that none of my financing w Honda three plus weeks. Felt very unprofessional. All of The paper work had to be mailed and redone, signed. Then called that none of my financing w Honda was set up that day and had to resign all that too. Very frustrating. More

When I arrived to pick up my car, nobody addressed me or even said hello for several minutes. There were at least 6 employees standing around talking to each other. They didn't fix the problem. Recalled pa even said hello for several minutes. There were at least 6 employees standing around talking to each other. They didn't fix the problem. Recalled part for 'Keyless Start System Problem' was "replaced", yet I'm still getting the error. I have a photo that is dated after the repair date that shows the error. More

Great service by in large from all of the team members we dealt with in Sales, Financing and Vehicle Services. As a newer dealer they are doing a great job getting their feet under them and growing the busi dealt with in Sales, Financing and Vehicle Services. As a newer dealer they are doing a great job getting their feet under them and growing the business. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda. More
