The sale, itself, went okay, but once I purchased the vehicle, customer service seemed to disappear. The vehicle was advertised as having remote start, but after the purchase, I discovered it did not wor vehicle, customer service seemed to disappear. The vehicle was advertised as having remote start, but after the purchase, I discovered it did not work. When I contacted them, they told me I would have to take it to the Ford dealership and pay to have it enabled. I also discovered hoses underneath the hood that didn’t seem to connect anywhere. They asked me to bring it in, but each time I showed up, there was an excuse for why they wouldn’t address the issue. To make matters even worse, I requested my paperwork by email over 24 hours ago and still have yet to receive it. More

Friendly Staff, purchase process was easy. Nathan was helpful with getting the deal done. We had a great experience at Corwin Honda. Our sales reps, Nathan and Stephen, were very easy to work with. Nathan in particular was very knowledgeable about the new features on the vehicle we Our sales reps, Nathan and Stephen, were very easy to work with. Nathan in particular was very knowledgeable about the new features on the vehicle we purchased. Very nice experience all the way around. My only issue was in the Finance department. They were a little aggressive in pushing us to purchase service deals and/or an extended warranty. Once we say "No.", there should be no further discussion on the topic. On a positive note with Dylan, he was very well prepared and had us out of there in 20 minutes. Overall, great experience and will plan to probably purchase again from Corwin in December. More
