I am very disappointed with my experience at Taverna INFINITI. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and expected better customer service and support. After my vehicle was towed to the dealersh INFINITI. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and expected better customer service and support. After my vehicle was towed to the dealership, I was informed that a locksmith had to be called to make a key so the vehicle could be moved. Later, when my vehicle was inspected by BMW, damage involving the battery connection was discovered, and I am now dealing with a $1,900 repair issue. I had purchased a brand-new battery in May, and I am very concerned about how this situation was handled while my vehicle was in the care of others. I have been trying to get answers about what happened and who is responsible, but I feel like I have been left to deal with the problem on my own. I hope Taverna INFINITI takes this matter seriously, reviews the records of what happened while my vehicle was in their possession, and works toward a fair resolution. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and respect after making a major purchase. More
