I had recently purchased a Jeep Liberty 2010 from NJM back in September and I've had nothing but issues with this car. It is Winter and the heating system doesn't work, the check engine light is on, the back in September and I've had nothing but issues with this car. Being a young woman, I thought that I could trust the dealer but instead, I was manipulated into buying this horrible vehicle. I was specifically told by another mechanic, "This car belongs in a junkyard". The other day I tried bringing this vehicle back to the dealership and it seemed like my presence was a hindrance to the staff. I was told to take the vehicle to a mechanic and that there was nothing that could be done. This vehicle isn't safe for operation and because of this, I am looking to take legal action. More
