The customer service in the Service Department is appalling. And while I’ve been going here for years and it was tolerable, the last three visits have been abominable for me. So much so that after ha appalling. And while I’ve been going here for years and it was tolerable, the last three visits have been abominable for me. So much so that after having purchased two Range Rovers at Rosenthal JLR, Tysons Corner, I will not return to buy again. You’d think that $85K-$100K + cars would, at minimum, buy you respectful service. You know it’s bad when you see other customers complaining simultaneously. I saw another customer get into a shouting match due to miscommunication from the service department right outside the doors. I also experienced unclear communication among other things. So frustratingly disappointing when it doesn’t have to be this way! More

Excellent customer service from the young Lady who checked me in for the Oil change. Very professional and polite. The ice broke the wiper blades and the dealership replaced them very quickly and they checked and topped off the fluids. Very easy experience and very fair pricing. Mike in the shop also noticed that the inspections are almost expired and they are going to have it done next week. I Would definitely recommend them! More
