Zero stars- complete and utter failure of customer service! The service department has gone way DOWNHILL. I regret buying my car here. You show up for your "appointment" on time and everyone sits a service! The service department has gone way DOWNHILL. I regret buying my car here. You show up for your "appointment" on time and everyone sits at their desk and stares at their monitors ignoring the customer who I guess is supposed to magically know who to go and chase down for their appointment. When you do finally find the person they blow you off and make you miss the non-existent shuttle that you were assured existed and was told that you "had to be on time for". The only work I have them do is the safety recalls on my car. I will be finding another dealership to service the safety recalls on my car as they can't even do this. More
