She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. She made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was completely happy with everything before driving off. I also want to give a special thank you to General Manager Joe for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism and attention to customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I absolutely love my new Defender and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
