They had the car that we were looking for. Their offer for my trade in was so ridiculous that I took it to a different dealer that offered 3 times that amount to buy it outright. The big issue is they said special Zgaurd protectant was already installed , so I reluctantly paid for it. After owning it for 2 weeks I started questioning whether the protectant was applied. Two detail shops said there was no protectant inside or out. The only response from Zeiglar was to tell me even if they didn't apply it they will still turn in warranty claims if needed. I can't trust them do oil changes or anything else with that attitude. More
