promised the second key so was told to come back the next business day on 11/12/25 to have the key programed and get my hard plates due to me purchasing a vehicle at closing time returned on the next business day I was told they had to order a key so I had to make a third trip back to Arlington Virginia, two hours away from Richmond, Virginia where I live so when I called Iqbal Mohammad he had no recollection of meeting me 11/12/25 and doing business with me and forgot that he stood in a place of my original salesman Nasir who happen to be on vacation overall I just felt like this was just a business deal and there was no care for customer service only to make money off a vehicle, which is fine you know but don’t make it obvious.
