I really like working with the people at Patriot. I wanted a custom jeep but learned the custom color/trans/model combination I wanted Jeep doesn’t do yet. That wasn’t their fault. I had a great expe I wanted a custom jeep but learned the custom color/trans/model combination I wanted Jeep doesn’t do yet. That wasn’t their fault. I had a great experience from the time I pulled up. Natalie in sales greeted me when I pulled up and she was very helpful and patient the entire process. Very bright spirited too. I told her what I was looking for and she assured me she’d do everything to make sure I got the perfect jeep and had the best experience. She let me know she was new to car sales and she was learning, so she asked if it was ok if she brought another member of sales to help. Rider and Natalie are a power team if I’ve ever witnessed one, I’ll tell you that! Both of those kids did their best, working tirelessly to get the custom requests to work. I know it wasn’t what I originally had I’m mind- but I ended up buying my JOOSE gladiator and I’m glad I did. Both sales members did their job and did it well and I will do business with Patriot again, probably for life. Good job to the hiring manager!!! More
