The service has improved although the first people that greet you should be friendlier and smiling not looking like they hate their jobs. A loner was available to me this time but not ready. You could still step your service department up a notch. I liked the video of checking my car over but I would have like it even more if you showed me the work actually being done. Nice job of cleaning my car. More
