Terrible customer service, and very rude We purchased a vehicle with a 3o day warranty for our disabled son. Two weeks later we bought step up bars for it and brought it to a garage to have t We purchased a vehicle with a 3o day warranty for our disabled son. Two weeks later we bought step up bars for it and brought it to a garage to have them installed. We were told that the rocket panels on both sides were completly rusted out and needed to be replaced before they could safely install them. So we called Tim's truck Capital and told them what happened and they said for us to bring the truck down and they would take a look at it. When they inspected it they said only one was rusted out but the drivers side was fine and didnt need replacement, so with them being the experienced ones we believed them and they went ahead and installed the step up bars for us. Shortly after the drivers side step up bars broke off and now is unsafe for our disabled son to get In and out of his truck. So we called to see if they would fix it the right way... like they should have from the beginning and they told us they have done enough for us and too bad! So they illegally inspected our truck when it doesnt pass NH inspection code. We are sending our reports over from the other garage that inspected it for us saying that this truck should never have passed to the BBB. Customer service is terrible and they're very rude. We will never do business here again and if you dont want issues then I recommend you stay far away from these crooks! 😡😡 More

We needed an affordable 4WD, 4dr, truck big enough for our family of 2 boys (15yr old with a size 12 boot & an 11yr old boy still growing) and my wife and I. After only a few hrs we were headed home in a new to us truck that fit all our needs. More
