While waiting for the paperwork in our new car our salesman left. We waited about 20-30 minutes for the paperwork which I thought the salesman could show us perks of our new car. BUYER BEWARE. DEALER ADDED A THEFT WARRANTY I DECLINED TO PURCHASE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS REQUIRED BY THE FINANCE COMPANY . FOUND OUT NOT REQUIRED BY FINANCE COMPANY. DEALER ADDED A THEFT WARRANTY I DECLINED TO PURCHASE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS REQUIRED BY THE FINANCE COMPANY . FOUND OUT NOT REQUIRED BY FINANCE COMPANY. THEY CHARGED $999 FOR A CERAMIC COATING THAT WAS NEVER APPLIED TO VEHICLE. (POUR WATER ON SURFACE AND NO BEEDING UP OR WATER RUNNING OFF) WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO THE SALES MGR AND GM ATTENTION THEY COULD HAVE CARED LESS AND THEY JUST WANTED TO KEEP FRAUDULENT MONEY. I WENT BACK A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THIS PURCHASE AND BOUGHT MY GRANDAUGHTER A CAR. IF I AGREED TO THESE ITEMS WHY WOULD I CHANGE MY MIND A COUPLE DAYS LATER. AT ONE POINT HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH THE GM HE HE BECAME ANGRY AND WAS ON THE VERGE OF TRYING TO BELITTLE ME BUT CAUGHT HIMSELF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. WHEN A CUSTOMER BRINGS THERE CONCERNS TO HIM HE SHOULD LEARN HOW TO DEESCALATE SITUATION NOT BECOME INSULTED. I WENT THERE THINKING A BIG DEALER AS THIS WOULD BE CONCERNED ABOUT THERE NAME AND IMAGE.
