First of all, well deserved shout out to Nate Lusby. He is very polite and respecful - so professional and helpful! I drive from Bartlesville to get my car serviced and he always makes sure I have what He is very polite and respecful - so professional and helpful! I drive from Bartlesville to get my car serviced and he always makes sure I have what is needed to make those hours waiting enjoyable. He is great at communicating / scheduling and just a nice person. Second of all regarding the dealership overall: I witnessed a person enter the dealership acting very angry acting and threatening to lose their temper if a certain matter wasn't taken care of. I noticed that everyone in the entry/waiting area etc., was so nice and speaking in a gentle manner, ensuring that all would be taken care of. I left the waiting area because this person was trying to pull me into the conversation BUT the staff validated the persons concerns, smiling and assisting this person from escalating, they settled down and left with their threats losing volume and voltility. I was so impressed by the professionalism and kindness in which this person was treated. I'll mention that the problem being discussed was a super small issue that wouldn't require multiple visits to be taken care of. My experience with the service department has been far above any I have encountered and I am never concerned when Nate takes my keys and has oversight of my vehicle. Thank you Kevin Grover GMC! More
