Lying and withholding information for a deal is unlawful and if this isn’t corrected or remedy. I will purse a lawyer and escalate to Harrisburg and Nissan Corporation World Headquarters your unlawful actions. Always go over the contract with the buyer. He just wanted me to sign and I was pressured into this deal by another manager that lied. I will began talking to friends in the Lehigh Valley about your dealership deceiving tactics. More

My experience with Rothrock has been terrible. It was issue after issue with them and when it came to buying out my lease that made it even worse! I went in and completed the buyout paperwork and thought issue after issue with them and when it came to buying out my lease that made it even worse! I went in and completed the buyout paperwork and thought everything was good and complete. I received a letter from NMAC a couple weeks later, saying I needed to make a decision if I was returning the vehicle or buying it. I contacted them and they never received anything from the dealership on the buyout, so my lease was still showing as active... I checked my credit report a week later and the NMAC account is showing as past due on there! On my end I didn’t everything I needed to do, and made every payment before it was due. I am beyond words upset with Rothrock because they do not know how to do their job! And they don’t care about messing up someones credit at all. The Business Manager was the one who helped me and I would like to think that he would know how to do his job, since he is the manager there. It was a horrible experience and I will never recommend them to anyone. And unfortunately this experience has turned me off to Nissan’s all together. I do have to add that the Service department was great and the service manager was excellent! More
