Had a deal with another dealer but the truck at Spitzer had the options I wanted. Ron worked out a better deal before I even arrived at the dealership. This was my very first time at a car dealership and I thought it would be a rough experience and/or a lot of trying to convince me to just get the car no matter what so the employee could get the commiss thought it would be a rough experience and/or a lot of trying to convince me to just get the car no matter what so the employee could get the commission, but to my surprise I was treated with great customer service. Remington Thompson is who helped me and he made the experience light, fun, easy, and just all around a great experience. I would totally recommend him and Spitzer of Mansfield to anyone ! Keep up the great work and thank you. More
