Chance was an absolute pleasure to have helping me, he showed me how every bell and whistle in my car worked. We had quite a few problems at first, nothing to do with Chance. Ryan and Nathan at the jeep s showed me how every bell and whistle in my car worked. We had quite a few problems at first, nothing to do with Chance. Ryan and Nathan at the jeep side were terrible to deal with, I found a 2023 online and came to look at it after I was told many people were looking to buy it, and I came from over an hour away and the car wasn't even on the lot, after figuring payments etc I came back 2 days later and the entire price of the car went up 3,000$ cause it was "priced wrong" online, and i told them dispite it all i was still very interested in the car and couldnt hardly get a text back from Ryan telling me when the car would be on the lot again, made me feel belittled like we didnt have the money to get the car or something. Finally, ended up telling the manager I didn't want to deal with Ryan or Nathan cause we just didn't get along well, and they told me i couldn't purchase the car with out the extended warranty, or it would cause my interest to go up drastically. Finally, Devin started taking care of us everything was wonderful. Ended up getting the 2024 version for almost the same price as the 2023 version I supposedly couldn't purchase without the extended warranty!! Lol. Chance and all of the guys on the Chevy side were an absolute pleasure to deal with, if you go to buy a car go up the hill to those guys, I got the 2024 Jeep Compass of my dreams, AND extended warranty for the same price as the 2023 they were trying to sell me down the hill. ❤️🥰 chevy side of auto star you are AWESOME!!! More
