Had to have tires rebalance and then aliened after a rotation which was done the next day. When I got in the car the steering wheel was dirty and left black on my hands because the tech. person didn't rotation which was done the next day. When I got in the car the steering wheel was dirty and left black on my hands because the tech. person didn't clean their hands when they test drove the car. There was no offer of coupons or use of available pts. to use with the payment. More
