Purchasing a vehicle is always a dreaded experience for me, however, in Cookeville, the moment I stepped inside I was greeted with smiling faces and a feeling of comfort that I had arrived at the right place. From the test drive, the trade-in, financing, detailing, and my drive back to Knoxville, it was a dream! A few days after I brought my beautiful new car home, Ford of Cookeville called to check in on my new "addition" and how I felt about it so far. They were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the continued service from the sales department! To sum up this experience, I would like to give praise to a certain individual that went above and far beyond what was expected. This would be Nathan Monroe. Not only is he a dedicated employee to Ford of Cookeville but he is there for the customer and their overall satisfaction.
