"Poor customer service, no follow up"
No phone number to contact the regional manager Nathan Pitchford, just an e-mail. When I contacted him regarding the car pass program which I purchased when I bought my Subaru, he had a manager from the Toyota dealer call me. I complained that I had purchased the car pass, and the last time I was in for service I was told that they had cancelled the program, a program I had paid for. I also complained that I had purchased the extended warranty on my car, but when I had it in for service I had a noise in the sunroof I wanted them to look at. They told me they would have to charge me $70 to $140 to look at it to determine if it was under warranty. When I said I was going to pay for an estimate they didn't look at the problem. The toyota manager said he would look into my issue and get back with me. It has been 2 week and have not heard back from him. This is horrendous customer service.

We recently purchased a 2019 Ascent. The dealership was great to work with. No "car sales tactics" just good business. I could tell they like to work with people. What makes the experience even more amazing is that I live in Denver and Nathan was able to find the Subaru we wanted (in high demand) and organized the shipping (and pick up of trade in). There was an instant extension of trust from Nathan and the dealership that made me comfortable in purchasing a car from them. I only wish I lived closer so they could continue the outstanding service for the life of the car.
