Again, nothing from good ole Rod Davidson. With how much Alex is trying to help me, I am doing two stars. I am hoping they fix my two issues on truck for free and cover my rental. I am told this will happen. Again, as I stated below, I have emails and texts about all of this that has happened. I am also giving two stars, because again Rod, said if they did not fix it locally, I would have to pay a deductible. When a customer got the worst service ever…only from Rod, he tries to get more money out of a customer. Not once did he offer this. Alex Manzanera did. What is funny, is how I am not paying for it now, but Rod, told me I would have to pay some. Again, how much does he know about his own job, or customer service? I wish so much I could have only dealt with Alex and Nathan. I would had been bragging about your dealership. Instead I think some of your employees rob customers and do not care one bit. Right Rod? Alex Manzanera and Nathan Vinduska called me October 2nd apologizing about my horrible experience with Rod Davidson and asking about a survey. As I said below, Rod cost me time being pulled over by the police and hundreds of dollars for having to miss work for a day. Do you think he has apologized for any of this? Absolutely NOT. I know I was not pleasant to Nathan or Alex after my horrible experience. They still called to apologize. Those two men have more CHARACTER than a lot in the world today. Rod has ZERO character, integrity, or accountability. I bought a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X 9/23/26. It was 72k. Nathan Vinduska was my salesman. He was AMAZING. Even the Sales manager, Alex Manzanera was GREAT. The finance guy, Rod Davidson, was HORRIBLE!! Hence the one star review. I made an appointment with Nathan at noon on September 23rd. I showed up early. I test drove the truck and around 1300-1330, I said let's try to make a deal and I have to be done by 1630. Alex went and ran my credit. He came back and said I had "great" credit. I was very happy. I asked Alex to go run my numbers to see what my apr would be. He left. I assumed he went to run numbers. This is where it goes south. Rod came out and asked me what my credit score was like. I told him I just found out through Alex that I had "great" credit. He looked at me puzzled and asked how did I know this. Nathan was even confirming this with Rod that my credit had already been run. Rod was a step behind Alex. Rod came in and "took over" my sale. Rod came back and said I was dealing with him only now. Why didn't Rod ask Nathan or Alex where we were at before he inserted himself? He did not. So now I am in Rod's office. I ask for $1200-1500 off truck price. He said he could not do that. Then I asked if he could register my Florida tag on trade in truck and register it to new truck. He said no. If Rod knew he could not transfer my tag, why did he put my trade in tag on new truck? I wanted to keep my old tag, but if it is illegal, why did Rod allow this? I started driving home to Florida on Saturday Sep 26. I get pulled over in Louisiana around 1 or 2 in the morning. I get pulled over for improper tag on vehicle. Thank God I only got a warning. I was pulled over for at least 45 minutes. I get to Florida and go to DMV thinking it is clerical error. It was not. I called Nathan and Rod on Monday Sep 28. Nathan is apologetic. Rod doesn't even take my call. I texted 816-239-1326 saying I need an In Transit tag overnighted so I could go to work on Wednesday. Multiple people use this text number at CABLE DAHMER. Three people have texted me with this number from dealership. NO ONE got me a tag overnighted.
