Very evasive with numbers - wouldn't show what they were offering for trades, refused to give numbers on paper and at the end had to ask at least 7 times for the keys to the cars to leave. To top it off, the GM got mad and used the word ghetto xxxx and xxxxxx - the sales person repeated it through the glass. Read all reviews before wasting your time here. This place is disgusting!
