Nate Lewis is service did an amazing job! He kept me up to date on where we were on the repairs. Even though everything is in short supply, they found the parts I needed and got them more quickly than expe to date on where we were on the repairs. The service tech kept me updated on everything. Everything ran smoothly. When it was time to leave in my vehicle they forgot to put my dashboard back to the digital speedometer. Every time I come i Everything ran smoothly. When it was time to leave in my vehicle they forgot to put my dashboard back to the digital speedometer. Every time I come in I have to go back in and get somebody to put my speedometer back on. Shouldn’t they be putting things back the way they were? Should they leave it in the Service status? I came in later in the afternoon to request an inspection. Got right in and less than 30 minutes, I was handed the keys and processed out - - inspection approval in hand!! After traveling an hour on a Saturday to pick up my motorhome I hooked up my tow vehicle as soon as I went out the gate the ABS light and traction control lights came on. I turned around and went back motorhome I hooked up my tow vehicle as soon as I went out the gate the ABS light and traction control lights came on. I turned around and went back the service manager hooked up to the computer and said they installed something wrong and would have to leave it with them and they would work on it Monday, he told me they never test drove it. Wednesday the following week I had not heard anything so I called and they told me it was finished on Monday. I went down and picked it up and had to clean all the grease and oil off the side around the wheel wells. More
