Everyone at Mohawk Chevrolet was very friendly and easy to work with. Nate took me on a quick tour of the dealership and was able to answer every question I had about the cars on the lot. He made the entire process of buying a new car enjoyable. I really like the car I bought and I plan on being a repeat customer someday when I need a new one. More

It started out as a good experience with the salesman. The negotiating went well until it came time to finance the vehicle. First problem was the time it took to contact the bank. By the time they called, The negotiating went well until it came time to finance the vehicle. First problem was the time it took to contact the bank. By the time they called, the bank had closed. I come back the next day for a supposed hour of paperwork and almost four hours later, I finally get the keys. After a couple days with the truck, I get a text that they never took a copy of my paystubs. I get that taken care of. A few days later I get a text from the dealership that they needed additional information, that they never asked for, for a rebate I qualified for. Because of Issues with the rebate, no fault to me, the dealership text me again threatening to hold me responsible for the money. I had to go through GM directly when it should not have been my responsibility. After issues dealing with the rebate, the financing and waiting, my experience with this dealership has guaranteed I won’t be going through them again for my next vehicle. More
