The process of the test drive and the explanation of the fees and taxes as well as trading my previously owned car was relatively seamless and the dealership had the car I was looking for and has many quali fees and taxes as well as trading my previously owned car was relatively seamless and the dealership had the car I was looking for and has many quality features like their service department and waiting rooms as well as accessories and an on-site Finance office with experts to assist you in the process. There was not a feeling of pressure to buy the car. That would not have worked on me anyway but some dealerships make you feel like you can't walk away or they'll sell the car while you aren't looking and I did not get that impression here other than being asked to come back to show my trade to a potential buyer. That did force me to have to do paperwork late into the evening but that was my choice. More

Neal Graham was amazing. I was so undecided what I wanted to test drive and take home. He made my car buying experience after 12 years so easy! Excellent customer service and knowledge of the cars I drove and listened to the wishes as to what it had to have in a new car!!! I recommend him to all my family and friends. I have been a long time Volkswagen owner and fourth generation of VW drivers. I knew I wanted my wife to drive something safe and reliable long-term and knew that was going to be Toyota. Neal Graham was referred to me by a trusted friend and I contacted him after I found the car we needed. Ed Martin Toyota and Neal were very easy to work with, fast, communicative, and reliable! I bought the RAV4 limited for my wife to drive as a daily but didn’t expect to enjoy driving the car myself. Now, every day I get off work I find myself looking toward to hopping in and going for a road trip. We are already planning a camping trip and look forward to many years in our new Toyota. I may have been a fourth generation Volkswagen owner but now I’m a first generation Toyota owner! More
