Just makes it easier to share back and forth on likes and dislikes when a dealer rep isn't riding along. Neal made the process easy and we got what we felt was a fair price. Never been there before. I was in the market for a new Toyota. I started my search at a few closer dealerships (I live in Greenwood) but Neal Graham made it worth my while to drive up there. He was very communic I started my search at a few closer dealerships (I live in Greenwood) but Neal Graham made it worth my while to drive up there. He was very communicative and easy to deal with. I never got that salesman vibe from him that is ever present at most dealerships. He was laid back, friendly, had a good sense of humor and VERY transparent throughout the process. Also, when I got back to the finance area, there wasn’t any twist your arm sales tactic to get gap insurance or extra features. Overall I give these guys a 11 out of 10. I’ll never buy a Toyota from another dealership again. More

Scheduled a test drive and specifically ask Neal to let me know if the truck i was coming to see sold to save me a 2 hr round trip.
