Troy, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. It was 100% our fault on the lack of communication. We had two nearly identical trucks and the salesperson also had was off-site selling a vehicle at another location at the time all this was going down. Your complaint is not a systemic issue and was purely accidental.
