Since this review was written I have had to call Ford Corporate. I have 3 cases pending 1. NON-COMPLIANCE, 2. CONCERNS 3. INQUIRY. I met Real at a restaurant to sign paperwork for 2nd trade in 2017 Ford Escape. It was 10k and suppose to go on my loan. To date it is NOT showing they ever received it. I have the receipt from AAA who towed it there. My payment which was suppose to be no more than 425. is showing 645!!! I asked for ONLY the sticker price and NO add On's, however, I am now told I must wait 4-7+ weeks to have everything backed off the contract. Nothing about this is Kosher. I didn't even get a copy of the contract for the 10k trade in, Pink was NOT signed and I have the registration from DMV. 2nd HORRIBLE experience with GALPIN. Everyone I have spoken to gives you the run around. Ford Corp. has advised me to seek a lawyer and to call the actual SALES MANAGER. I have been trying for 3 1/2 weeks but they won't take the call. I DO NOT want to speak to ANY SALESPERSON THERE AGAIN EVER!!!!!!! Oh not to mention all my financial statements were filled out by Real and pure fiction! I am retired, on a fixed income, a senior and a woman. I would have been better off keeping the 23 Jeep 4x4 with 4k miles on it almost brand new which blue booked at 12k more than they gave me for it!!! DO NOT SHOP AT GALPIN!!! AND if you are a woman...take a big burley man with you who knows how to talk to these punks.
