Neil King was our salesman, and he did a great job from start to finish! He helped us order our vehicle, kept us informed during the building process, and was great taking time with us when the vehicle wa start to finish! He helped us order our vehicle, kept us informed during the building process, and was great taking time with us when the vehicle was delivered helping us explore and set up the options on our new Acadia. I would definitely recommend people buy from Kevin Grover GMC and Neil King! I rated the speed of the transaction as "Poor" not because of the dealership, but because of the manufacturer. We understood that when we ordered the Acadia we'd have a wait time, but we ended up waiting over 24 weeks. The most frustrating part of the delay was when the vehicle was ready but sat at the distribution center in Tennessee for over a month before it was delivered to our dealer. Another frustration with GMC was they required us to purchase a 3 year On Star membership or we couldn't purchase the Acadia. If that is the only way GMC can sell the On Star product, GMC should realize that people don't really want the On Star product. There are many other technology options available now; don't force people to buy your On Star product! More
