I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. They gave me a good deal on my trade in. I was only there about 2 hours and left with a quote for what my payment would be. I went home and talked it over with my husband and bought the car over the phone. I never felt any pressure or "arm twisting". The photos online and car fax checked out so I took a chance and started the buying process without so much as a test drive. The dealership was generous with my trade in, sight unseen, and everything was exactly as promised. The entire staff was very friendly. The finance manager didn’t try to up sell me on anything in his office... it was the least stressful car buying experience of my life! This was critical as I drove 300 miles to get it. The car is immaculate and I could not be happier! More

Neil and several others at Kevin Grover went above and beyond what any reasonable pe I’m picky. I knew what I wanted, and Kevin Grover didn’t have it. It took them a week of trading with other dealers but they got the job done. They told me a price, and unlike most dealers, that’s actually all I paid. No hidden fees or B.S. tacked on at the end.
