Red tape nightmare Someone messed up somewhere. Our loan was approved and we drove our new vehicle home. Then it wasn't approved and they wanted to increase our payment Someone messed up somewhere. Our loan was approved and we drove our new vehicle home. Then it wasn't approved and they wanted to increase our payments by #100 a month. That wasn't what we agreed to or what was on the paperwork. We declined the higher payments. After a month of phone tag and pulling our hair out, the situation was resolved. The people were courteous and nice but it was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. More
