So I went to the dealership I originally bought it from, thinking they would give me a good deal.. Boy was I WRONG. they tried to screw me over in the worse way. So I was referred to Nelson Jiminez at Kia of Sussex and I cant stress enough how amazing he was. He listened to what I was looking for, he knew I had a budget and stuck to it and made the process a whole lot better and easier for me. I will be buying cars here from now on. He made sure I was happy and satisfied and went above and beyond my expectations. Also very honest salesperson who is not at all pushy. Also would like to thank Lamonte and Herb. Great buying experience with Nelson. I wasn't going to purchase a vehicle just yet. I liked my 2012 Sportage but hated the left blindspot terribly. Just wanted to test drive a new Kia Spo I wasn't going to purchase a vehicle just yet. I liked my 2012 Sportage but hated the left blindspot terribly. Just wanted to test drive a new Kia Sportage to see if the front left frame had been re-designed to eliminate the terrible blind spot and decide if I wanted to trade in & buy new. Nelson was very cooperative & patient & I test drove 2 vehicles still not expecting to purchase that day. The discussion of the trade, financing, etc was very smooth & explained in detail. Not pushy like some dealerships can be. A very easy transition. Thank-You Nelson for a great experience @ Kia. I hope I get as many good years from this Sportage as I did my 2012. They will tell you everything you want to hear just to get a car sold. Then once it’s sold they won’t help you out unless you’re buying another car. More

Purchase of a 2018 KIA Sorento Nelson Jimenez took car of us in our purchase. He was very thoughtful and did a good job in explaining the different car functions which were new to u Nelson Jimenez took car of us in our purchase. He was very thoughtful and did a good job in explaining the different car functions which were new to us since we were driving a 2003 Chrysler Voyager. Being able to actually take the car home that day was a plus, even though I did not have full payment at the time. The only thing that wasn't perfect was there was some mud or dirt on the gas pedal and door frame bottoms that we noticed after we got home. The car was probably test driven prior to our purchase. Everything else was clean. I do want to mention the person most responsible for this dealership getting our business and that was Erica Gordon. She was the one to contact me after I went through the Trucar process. Since I was new at this, I didn't print out the certificate, and she was nice enough to give me the link to access it. The other KIA dealer we had considered would not do this, or even give me a written quote via email. At then end of it all, your dealership stood by the price given on the certificate and the other dealer stating they would beat the lowest price by $500 told us they would only give us the quote when we came in. They wasted two hours of our time and gave excuses why they could not beat it and doubted your dealership would give me the price on the certificate. You did - you win the business. Bottom line - Erica was completely honest and we actually had the price worked out via email. It's a one hour drive to KIA of Sussex from where we live, so that was outstanding! We applaud her efforts in getting you the business and getting us an outstanding car for the price. I did my homework - I know the Sorento is now rated #1 in midsize SUVs and 2018 winner of the best 3 row SUV for the money by US News and World report auto. Now, not to diminish Nelson's efforts in helping us when we got there, and completing the deal, but it was Erica that got us there in the first place. I would strongly suggest you keep her as there are more people that may want to work with you via email instead of coming to a dealership and feeling pressured by folks that don't do what they say. More
