We have been using Ourisman for years and their service department continues to be the star of the dealership. Nelson is a great service adviser and always takes care of us when we come in. He gives us t department continues to be the star of the dealership. Nelson is a great service adviser and always takes care of us when we come in. He gives us timely updates on what is going on with the vehicle and lets us know if there are any issues. They also inspect the vehicle while it is in and point out if there are any other items requiring service. While all dealers do this they are not pushy and really only point out things that should be fixed the decision is always left to you. As a result they have caught things before they left us stranded on the side of the road or caused a major repair like cracked belts and worn brake pads. We always go here for our major maintenance because it is fixed correctly the first time every time. More
