Despite it being his day off, he responded within minutes to my email. Unfortunately, the car I was interested in was not available, but Nelson went above and beyond to locate a vehicle that I would be happy with through other dealerships. From start to finish, this was a professional and friendly transaction. All my questions were addressed to my satisfaction, and the car was delivered in pristine condition. Andrew Hickox, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. He was able to get a great loan rate for me and acted in the same professional and friendly manner as Nelson. The young gentleman who went over the delivery of the car with me was equally professional and knowledgeable. I am enjoying my Equinox and would recommend Buzz Chevrolet to anyone looking for a Chevrolet or Cadillac. More
