When I was trying to purchase a vehicle from them, a defect was found on the vehicle after the vehicle was sitting on the Lot for 4 months. The dealership refused to lower the amount of money they were going to give me for the cost of repairs and we ended up setting on a price. After purchasing the vehicle, one of the mandatory features that i was I told that I HAD to pay $800 for, that I didn't want, was completely inoperable and requires the dealership to finish the installation process. On top of all that i had to chase them down to get any sort of response to questions about the vehicle I was trying to purchase. More
