Very difficult to work with. Haggling at every step of the car buying process. Came in and the cut my offer on my car from 19k to 16k because of a small dent and a crack in the windshield when the vehicle was listed at 23k at surrounding dealerships. When I was trying to purchase a vehicle from them, a defect was found on the vehicle after the vehicle was sitting on the Lot for 4 months. The dealership refused to lower the amount of money they were going to give me for the cost of repairs and we ended up setting on a price. After purchasing the vehicle, one of the mandatory features that i was I told that I HAD to pay $800 for, that I didn't want, was completely inoperable and requires the dealership to finish the installation process. On top of all that i had to chase them down to get any sort of response to questions about the vehicle I was trying to purchase. More
