In the past, buying a car has typically been a very stressful and frustrating experience. Nesrin here gave me the opposite experience. We were in touch over a couple of weeks about my interest in one stressful and frustrating experience. Nesrin here gave me the opposite experience. We were in touch over a couple of weeks about my interest in one of their vehicles while I shopped around, and when I finally landed back at Nissan (thanks to her work in the interim on some questions), the entire negotiation and leasing experience was just very pleasant and quick. For one, their starting point on the numbers was drastically more reasonable than my experience down the street at World Toyota. Second, it did not take long for Nesrin and her manager to get to the deal that I could agree to. There were no long waits or any games like that. It was straightforward, smooth and quick. Nesrin really did a great job helping me think through the various car types I was considering and her knowledge of the different trims and features on each vehicle was outstanding. She was kind, straightforward, and helpful. They also were extremely helpful getting my old Toyota lease grounded so that I could get a good deal on the Nissan. Germaine took over the finance part of the process and he was also very nice, professional, straightforward, and quick with the process. All around great job at this dealership. My faith in the car buying experience has now been renewed and frankly I would try to work with Nesrin on any future purchase I have. More
