Fantastic experience (and when can you say that about anything relating to buying a car?) with amazing 2.9% financing to boot! I contacted Mike Rezi Nissan via their website and Nesrin responded within a few minutes asking how she could help. I told her what I wanted (top-line Rogue), we came to an agreement, and she asked me when I could come in to pick up the car (she also offered to have me spend some time with the car but I had already rented a Rogue a couple of weeks earlier). Nesrin's responses were very quick. To be honest, when I visited the dealer, I was a little anxious that an "unexpected charge" would show up (as has happened to me before) but nothing of the sort happened. Everything was as we agreed to and Nesrin was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The finance person (Mr. Patel) was also great. They do offer you an extended warranty and service plan but it was professional and quick. Once the deal was inked, Nesrin spent a significant helping me understand the capabilities of the Rogue (it helped that she also drives one). It's a fantastic car with excellent options. The thing that I loved the most was that she was excited to show me what the car could do. Such enthusiasm makes you enthusiastic about the car and experience! Finally, the car is fantastic. I have gotten several positive comments on it, especially the Red/tan interior combination. I am getting about 37 mpg on the highway (although much less driving around town) and it drives great. I am looking forward to having it for a very long time. I can't say enough positive things about Nesrin and how great this experience was. Thank you! More
