Hi! My name is Nevada Jenkins and I am originally from Brooklyn but moved out here to Colorado in 2014. I worked in cosmetic sales until transitioning into the automotive industry in 2017 working for Audi, Mercedes, and BMW. My favorite model vehicle is the BMW X3 M40, which I’ve now owned 3 of in a row! I love the driving dynamics and that it has plenty of pickup without sacrificing comfort. Outside of work, you can find me with my two fluffy pups who love meeting new people and going on road trips.

I purchased a 2020 BMW X5 from Schomp BMW on 1/10/2026 while living over 1,000 miles out of state. Because I was buying remotely, I specifically confirmed with Nevada (salesperson) before purchase that the vehicle had zero issues and that everything was fully functional. I was assured that it was. Immediately upon delivery, that turned out to be untrue. The vehicle’s Driver Assistance package is faulty and throws an error message, rendering multiple critical safety systems inoperable, including: Blind spot monitoring Lane departure warning Side collision system In addition to the safety failures, nearly half of the interior ambient lighting was not working upon arrival. To make matters worse, the vehicle was shipped with only one key, despite being promised a second key would be mailed to me. As of now, I still have not received it. I have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues and have contacted Nevada and Ally (sales manager). I was told that Darrick would would reach out, yet I have received no call, no follow-up, and no proposed solution. At this point, it feels like being ignored is the chosen response. This situation is extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on Schomp BMW’s integrity and post-sale customer service, especially for an out-of-state buyer who relied on their representations. I have tried to be reasonable and even offered a practical solution based on an independent mechanic’s assessment, but communication has stalled completely. I will update this review if and when a resolution is provided. Until then, I strongly recommend considering other dealerships if you are planning to purchase a vehicle, especially if buying remotely. More

Nevada also kept me informed during each step of the order and build process. The paperwork went smooth, not too much pressure. I did get a couple of wise upgrade, but nothing too crazy. Steven Bruner was my Genius, he was almost as excited as me for my new car. He took the time to go over each detail of the M240i. Overall, i am very happy with my purchase, Originally I ordered a RWD, but they could not get an allocation for Colorado, Nevada worked some magic so that i would not break my budget with the xDrive option. Only time will tell if this great experience will continue. I am planning on doing my maintenance at this dealer for the foreseeable future. Thank you Schomp BMW for making one of my dreams a reality. More
