David James seems to know what he’s doing, but when I was having an issue with my credit union, he apparently somehow took it as a personal affront although it had nothing to do with him. He refunded my depo having an issue with my credit union, he apparently somehow took it as a personal affront although it had nothing to do with him. He refunded my deposit and released my vehicle (which I was under the understanding had not even arrived yet) without even discussing anything with me. He refused to acknowledge my explanation (and total denial) of an alleged slight he claimed I made about Zeigler Subaru Kenosha and refused to let me purchase a vehicle! I’m not sure what kind of business model that is. Tread carefully with him. He doesn’t seem able to communicate very well. More

Recently purchased a 2024 WRX Premium from here. From the time I showed interest in the vehicle to the time I left the dealer they were top notch. There was a silver Premium WRX that was already at From the time I showed interest in the vehicle to the time I left the dealer they were top notch. There was a silver Premium WRX that was already at this dealership and one at their Indiana location. There were small differences between the two vehicles but they located one and within 3 days it was in Kenosha. When I arrived at the dealer Andy met me at the door and introduced himself. Everyone at this dealership was very easy to work with. I greatly appreciate them locating the vehicle I wanted with the all weather mats. The car has been amazing for the past month. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking to get a Subaru. More
