Normally Ken works at another location but when I called his dealership location about a month before buying to ask questions about a new van he saw our expire sale through personally. Through email he kept me up to date on costs, sales, and features so when it came to buy I knew exactly what to expect. The Finance Associate Nic Weber was also exceptional. He explained everything completely and there were no hidden cost or fees. We were in the dealership for about 2 and 1/2 hours total which was amazing after the 5+ hours it took us to lease our former vehicle from A different brand and dealership. We have 2 teenagers and a toddler, everyone we met at the dealership were kind and understanding especially with the baby. I would happily recommend Uftring, Ken Dickson, and Nic Weber to anyone looking to get a vehicle! More

We received the vehicle options and color we desired for our needs. Our "trade in" was reasonable and the ultimate price of our purchase was satisfactory. Matt Fuelberth's help with explaining AND setting up all of the electronic features of the vehicle to my wife (it is her vehicle) was on his time. Very happy with our new purchase! We were looking for a newer van, and Matt Fuelberth found us just what we wanted! It was just the right color inside and out, with all the options th We were looking for a newer van, and Matt Fuelberth found us just what we wanted! It was just the right color inside and out, with all the options that we wanted, plus some! The lower mileage was another thing that we were looking for. He and Don Twedell helped us work out a deal with our trade-in. Matt worked with us to explain the many features that the Town and Country has, that we were not familiar with. Then he went out of his way to find out how to clear the phone book on the blue tooth phone system, and cleared it for us. Then, he installed our cell phone contact list and paired our cell phone to the system! He told us that if we needed any help with anything that we couldn't do or figure out, he would help us! Matt is easy to work with, because he knows the vehicles and how they work. Also, he is so easy going, not a bit pushy. Nic Weber helped us out with the title and license and financing. He also explained that we could get an extended warranty for the lifetime that we have the vehicle, instead of just so many years or miles. We felt that that was the best way to go. Everyone was so nice to us. It was a pleasure doing business with them! I would not hesitate to go back for any further purchase. I would recommend Uftring of Pekin to everyone looking for a vehicle, and recommend Matt as their sales consultant! More

Very pleasant car buying experience! My husband and I had already done our midnight shopping and done our research of the vehicle we wanted. When we finally decided it was time to trade, we drove to the dealership in Pekin and met Chris Stewart. We told Chris what we were looking for and what we wanted in features. We had a few questions between two models and after he explained the difference between the two, we test drove a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. It was perfect! Chris did go with us when we test drove the Overland, which was very helpful. He explained so many of the features on the vehicle and how they work, which was so nice. Exactly what we wanted and all the bells and whistles you could ever imagine. When it was time to talk financing, Chris didn't say, this is how it is going to be, he said where is your comfort zone with a monthly payment and I will see if I can get you there. Never before when buying a new vehicle have we ever had a sales rep ask us that question then actually deliver on it. Thank you Chris and Nic Weber for helping us find our dream car! We will definitely recommend this dealership and you guys! More
