I so enjoy the services at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton: from the time I booked my appointment and pull my car in the garage for service, checking in and waiting to meet with my Advisor, Nike! I am greeting with excellent customer service; I can appreciate people that know how to "Wow" you with their customer service skills (offer a loaner since the wait going be over 4 to 5 hours). My garage attendant assures me he has it from here!(and reminds me to get the things I need from my car since I will be picking up a loaner). I am checked in offered refreshments and wait to meet with my Advisor, Nick. Nick is very professional and has a warm and welcome personality, He is always willing to find a solution to the problem or have it checked out and keeps me well informed!
