Initially, Matt was supposed to deliver the truck to me but suddenly couldn’t because he had to sign for a personal package at home. That should have been my first red flag. When we finally scheduled an appointment, I had a tight timeline due to a doctor’s appointment. Unfortunately, he was late—because he left to sign for his package at home. Despite these issues, I moved forward with the purchase. The manager assured me I would receive a check for the remaining equity in my previous truck within 1-2 weeks. It has now been nearly two months, and I have yet to receive the check—over $4,000. I have followed up multiple times, but the salesperson insists he has done all he can and even told me it’s “unprofessional” to keep reminding him that I have not received my money. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. More
