I came in with a straightforward desire to buy a car I saw on a posting at the posted price. I called and said I was making over an hour drive to the dealership. Eventually, they honored the price after I had to threaten legal action under the DTPA. I was then placed in a locked room and pressured to buy nonsensical warranties and lied to about what those warranties covered. At the end of this grueling 7 hours of deceit, I was asked to lie on this survey and say everything was great so that the salesman could get his bonus. More
