From the first call/text, Nick was transparent, very responsive, and genuinely helpful. He sent a detailed walk-around video and high-res photos of every angle. The pricing was fair and upfront-no hidden fees, no"market adjustments." Paperwork? Easiest l've ever signed. Nick handled temporary tags, title paperwork, and made a stressful process seamless. Everything was FedEx'd overnight with prepaid return labels. What set Nick apart was his zero-pressure vibe and follow-through. He texted me pictures and videos of my car to include it getting on the trailer to be delivered If you're buying out-of-state, Nick is your guy. I’ve heard so many people complaining about alarms going off in these new GX, but we’ve been driving ours around with no problems.
