The process of turning in the leased Lexus, signing the finance documents, and taking possession of the new leased Lexus seemed disjointed. The car looked like it had been 'rushed' to be prepped. I apprec finance documents, and taking possession of the new leased Lexus seemed disjointed. The car looked like it had been 'rushed' to be prepped. I appreciate Nicholas Ensey taking the time to help me set up certain settings in the car. After that I didn't see him again for awhile and we waited. I finally introduced myself to a finance manager (Dayron) and asked if he would assist me. He got my file and helped me. I don't think the process should have taken 2 hours. In the future if a sales person has a day off it is probably best not to have the customer come in on that day unless someone else will take the lead and ensure that the customer doesn't sit around waiting.
