Bought a used Honda and negotiated a good deal. Went back to renegotiate for an extra key with remote since the previous owner did not turn theirs. Not only did they okay that but when the service folk back to renegotiate for an extra key with remote since the previous owner did not turn theirs. Not only did they okay that but when the service folks made the key, they also checked all the fluids etc, found a couple of burnt out taillights and replaced them…all free of charge. Kudos to sales rep Marissa & her manager Mike and Albert in service. Happy customer here. 👍 More
