We were immediately greated in a pleasant friendly non threating manner. We we're looking for a CVR model based on consumer reports good reviews. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful ,pointing out and throughly explaining every feature. We did a test drive and we're very impressed and decided to purchase. The whole transaction from start to finish was very smooth and non stressful. Every team member we encountered throughout the process was very polite and professional and never once did we feel like we were being pushed into buying this vehicle.
