My experience at Schaumburg Honda was amazing. One of the main reasons I can confidently say that is because of the salesman I was dealing with, and the finance guy. Mike my salesman, was an absolute stellar representative of your dealership and the entire industry. I believe he was honest, realistic, and knew the vehicle entirely with his eyes closed. As a buyer I’m not looking for much and in the current time we live in, buying a car is extremely challenging. But there was no question that Mike was the reason why I made the purchase, and Nick was able to fortify that even further. Along with giving Mike his tremendous credit, I’d like to give credit to Nick my finance guy, who is also a master of his craft the way Mike is. Between thoroughly explaining the entire contract, with an infinite amount of knowledge about the financing, the way the interest would be applied, and the extended warranty I purchased. Not to mention, Nick definitely went above and beyond his job requirement in securing and assisting me with recovering the unused portion of the extended warranty of my previous vehicle. There is no question that I will return to Schaumburg Honda for not only the servicing of the vehicle I just purchased, but to make my next purchase. My only hope is to find both of them still at your facility. More
