John Decre is, without question, the easiest and most professional sales consultant I’ve worked with in all my years of purchasing vehicles. No pressure, no games—just honest communication, patience, and genuine care for making sure we were comfortable and confident every step of the way. Equally impressive was the leadership and communication from Nick Alongi. The level of transparency, professionalism, and follow-through from management was the highest I’ve seen in a very long time. I’ll be honest—I delayed buying my wife a new vehicle for quite some time because past dealership experiences were usually stressful and disappointing. Crown Buick completely changed that narrative. Absolutely horrible experience I would rate it zero stars if I could. I bought a 2020 equinox spent $21,000 made me pay for delivery and. when it was delivered the 4th day driving it check engine light come if I could. I bought a 2020 equinox spent $21,000 made me pay for delivery and. when it was delivered the 4th day driving it check engine light come on. I took it to the Shop the next day. The 90 day dealer warranty did not cover it. luckily my extended warranty covered the $2000 Shop bill, Now the WORST part is they told me there was zero damage to the vehicle , by mouth and on the paperwork and when I got it there was a slight crack on back hatch that keeps growing. Apparently roughly 60% of back hatch has been not only repaired with Bondo together but horribly done. Now the body shop where I work is telling me it will be entirely damaged in the next month or two and I will need a complete new hatch costing around $2000 not covered by anything .My dad (the co-signer) has tried to call used car manager but he wouldn’t call him back. Went from so excited to extremely stressed out daily now because I can’t afford to fix it. More

Salesman was not very knowledgeable and gave incorrect information about my vehicle during the sales process then for weeks after have been difficult to get in contact with and claimed that they were look information about my vehicle during the sales process then for weeks after have been difficult to get in contact with and claimed that they were looking into the solution and only offered a solution that would void my vehicle warranty. After several weeks with no resolution I escalated the issue to the sales manager but they are now claiming that too much time has passed and saying that I should have verified the information the salesman gave (essentially telling me that the issue is on me for believing the salesman).
