Hello, my name is Nick Anderson. I am proud to say I am the third generation that has been in our store since we opened in 1974, and have been around the business since I was born. I grew up in Excelsior Springs and played numerous sports and participated in nearly every extracurricular activity I could. Once I graduated high school I attended Missouri Western State University on a football scholarship. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2013 and began full time work at the dealership the following week. My favorite part of the car business is meeting all types of people, building relationships with them, and assisting them in their vehicle purchase and post purchase service. We're lucky in the fact that we sell vehicles nationwide, and even some out of the country; which leads to building relationships with people from all walks of life. I love my job!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! Heather in service told me they were fully booked for the day, but let me talk to her manager Dustin to see if they could squeeze me in. Dustin did just that and was totally honest about everything. He contacted me if there was any changes to the original quote and only did the required work necessary to get my wife and I back to our vacation. Also had the opportunity to meet the owner and have a strong feeling I have made a friend for life. We live 3 hours from Chuck Anderson Ford, but I will be willing to bet I will buy my next car from them! More

Scott (my son) was amazing to work with!!! He was not pushy. Extremely honest and knew exactly what I needed to do on my trade and what I wanted. Truly had the best experience purchasing my new Explorer. Everyone was great! Nick and Robert answered all of my questions and allowed me to take a few days before making my decision.
